St Mary-le-Tower is delighted to be the recipient of the very generous donation of a votive candle stand, something we have needed for a long time. If you would like to light a candle in prayer or in memorial, we would encourage you to do so.

St Mary-le-Tower Ipswich is seeking a Verger who will prepare the church and sanctuary for Sunday services, including preparations on Saturdays and taking ceremonial and practical roles during services. The role includes duties around principal Holy Day services. Previous experience in the role of verger is preferable, but full training will be provided for an otherwise suitable person who has no previous experience. Further information
TALLY-HO TROTTERS! St Mary-le-Tower has been chosen to host this pig as part of the St Elizabeth Hospice Pigs Gone Wild project from 27th June to 2nd Sept. The emblem he is sporting is the 56 squadron who were the last phantom jets squadron to fly out of RAF Wattisham where the artist who painted Tally Ho, Mik Richardson, was an engineer. Tally-Ho has arrived a little early but we are delighted he is gracing the back of our church and hope he will attract many visitors over the Summer.
